When is final payment due?
Final guest counts, event details, and remaining balance are due 10 business days prior to the event.
When are additional deposits due?
A second deposit equal to 60% of the estimated balance is due 60 days prior to the event date.
How do we reserve an event date?
A signed contract and initial venue fee deposit are required within 72 hours.
Are there onsite dining and amenities?
Yes. Knoxie’s Table, The Market, and The Spa are available onsite. Guests also enjoy dipping pools, a 24/7 fitness center, beach cruisers, fire pits, and outdoor gathering spaces.
Are overnight accommodations available?
Yes. The Inn offers 109 guest rooms, suites, and cottages across The Inn and The Barn.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Yes. Minimum spend requirements are based on the final guest count confirmed 10 business days prior to the event date. Pricing is before tax and gratuity.
How long can events last?
- Full-day meetings: 8 hours
- Half-day meetings: 4 hours
- Rehearsal or welcome dinners: 4 hours
- Social events and outings: 3 hours
- Brunch events: 2 hours (must conclude by 12 PM)
Are outdoor activities available?
Lawn games are available upon request through your Sales Manager.
Is parking and Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi are provided.
Do you provide transportation?
Complimentary transportation is available between The Inn and waterfront venues. Offsite transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.
Is audiovisual equipment available?
Yes. Audiovisual equipment is available to rent.
Are tables, linens, chairs, and place settings included?
Yes. Cocktail tables, round tables, ivory linens, venue-specific chairs, china, glassware, and silverware are included (serviceware varies by venue).
